AIG Baker Development the developer of Settler’s Market at New Town is pleased to cooperate with the broker community and warmly invites agent participation at all of our communities and neighborhoods. We’d like to offer you the opportunity to register for our Agents program and be informed of new communities, grand openings, luncheons, model openings, special events, incentives and builder close outs, so that you may in turn pass this information along to your clients.
Once you have registered, you may register each of your clients individually online. Registering your clients will ensure that your broker/client relationship will be honored and of course further guarantee that your clients will be given the type of warm and friendly treatment you have come to expect from AIG Baker.
Please remember that registration does not obligate your clients to purchase a home nor does it guarantee your clients the opportunity to purchase a home. Settler’s Market Broker Registration Policy
Persons or Parties interested in reserving a residence at Settler’s Market currently working with an agent or broker must register their agent or broker when completing the online registration form for the first time to secure a commission paid by the developer.
At the time of online registration you must select if you are currently represented by a broker, provide their first and last name and the name of their brokerage firm. If you are not represented by an agent or broker you will be asked to select, "No, I do not have broker representation". If you are able to provide the brokers email address, we will notify the agent they have been successfully registered and by whom.
At any time, you may elect to have broker representation; but, the Developer will NOT pay a commission to the broker if they are not properly registered when completing the online registration form for the first time. If you terminate the broker/client relationship with the broker initially registered a commission will be paid at the Developers discretion. The Developer reserves the right to not pay a commission if the Broker is not deemed the procuring cause of the sale.
Brokers and agents are encouraged to use the "Settler’s Market 4 Agents Website" registration form and pre-register any and all clients they feel may be qualified candidates to reserve or purchase a residence at Settler’s Market. Brokers and agents that submit their clients contact information prior to the client registering individually will have their commission protected and secured.
Prudential McCardle Realty will pay a commission of 3% of the gross residence sale price at closing on behalf of AIG Baker Settler’s Market, LLC.
